Retail Is Broken

Retail isn't broken. Shops are.

The problem?

Lack of imagination about the products that are carried;

The shop environment;

The way we engage with customers;

How we embrace the digital future (which is NOW!).

There's nothing wrong with the capability. There is a problem with the execution.

If we could just fix these four areas, oh what a change there would be in our retail stores!
